At DOT.IT, we want you to love your bottle as much as you love the parks. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All included items (like sticker sheets or lids) must be returned

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Please note: A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a replacement? We’re happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged bottles

  • Incorrect products received

Contact our team within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

💳 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing. You’ll be notified when your refund is issued.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Bottles that have been used or filled

  • Custom engraved or personalized products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at ask.dot.it@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.
